Bilić Family Farm

A family farm from Bol that grows olives and grapevines and produces olive oil, wine, varenik and other island products.

Grapevines and olives in Bol

The Bilić Family Farm combines family-run viticulture and olive growing in Bol. In its wine cellar, it produces red and white wines from Dalmatian varieties, including Plavac Mali, Maraština and Prč. Its olive oil production is based on Oblica olives.

Oil, varenik and island products

Alongside extra-virgin olive oil, the farm features Brač varenik. This traditional accompaniment is made by boiling down grape juice. The state catalogue Croatian Island Product separately lists its olive and grape products.

The public profile also lists liqueurs, marmalades, herbal macerates and tinctures. A phone number and email are published for enquiries about the selection and arranging collection, along with the contact address Gornje Podbarje 1 in Bol.
